Big prizes for youth at Net course
Microsoft and K-Net are holding a national computer
conference for children and teenagers this Saturday.
The aim of the conference is to keep them up-to-date with
the latest in computer technology and allow the youngsters to learn more about PC's.
This year's theme is how children and teenagers can
benefit from the Internet - including how to use it, how to create graphics for a home
page and how to play games across the Internet. The conference is aimed at novices and
more advanced users of the Internet.
If you attend the conference you stand to win a host of
exciting prizes, including modems, Internet subscriptions, computers and a range of
software and other goodies. The conference costs R130 a person. Contact Ann Clark at
803-5554 or e-mail ann@knet.iafrica.com.
