The Old Museum
  • The Old Museum is the first place I am writing about.
  • It is in St. George ‘s Park.
  • It was  built in 1861.
  • It was built for Henry Ruth Ford.
  • Today it is a national monument.
  • It is used for  commercial purposes.
  • One significant feature of  the trail aria is the number of parks which punctuate the urban scene.
  • These are actively used by the today by town folk.

The Donkin Reserve
  • The Donkin Reserve is the second place I am writing about.
  • It is in Western road and  upper and lower parts of the city.
  • It was built in 1861.
  • I am not sure why it was built.



  • It was proclaimed as a national  monument in 1938.
  • It is used for a historical museum.
  • A time ball used to be dropped daily at 1:00pm from the top of the signal mast to the lower rail.
